Parenting through the Phases
April 14 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Your kids are always changing. From newborn to twelfth grade, there is always something new in their development, some new challenge they are facing, or some new obstacle they are overcoming.
So how do we make the most of each developmental phase in a kid’s life? How do we parent in a way that helps our kids feel known and supported? How can we anticipate some of the challenges they will face?
On April 14, we will begin Parenting Through the Phases. This is an inspiring, guilt-free parenting small group experience that will help you make the most of the developmental phase your child or teen is in right now. It’s never too late, even if you’re parenting a twelfth grader.
Join us on Tuesday evenings, starting April 14, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. (Class dates are 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/15, 5/12 and 5/19).
This study is free! We do highly recommend purchasing a Phase Guide for your child’s specific age/grade in order to help you make the most of your experience in the study. The Small Group time will give you relevant, intentional, and practical strategies. The Phase Guides will help you tailor those strategies to your child(ren)’s specific age or grade, including scripts for important and age-appropriate conversations to influence your child’s faith, health habits, technological responsibility, and sexual integrity.
